SERVICES / AI & AUTOMATION
Software that does the boring parts of your business.
Every small business runs on invisible admin: retyping enquiries, chasing invoices, writing the same quote for the hundredth time. We build systems that do that work — connected to your real tools, checked by you, running every day. This is production software we've been shipping for years, not a bandwagon we jumped on last quarter.

What we automate
Quotes & estimates
Draft quotes generated from enquiry details, photos and your real price list. You approve; it sends. See the live example.
Documents & paperwork
Contracts, job sheets, compliance forms and invoices filled from data you already hold, instead of retyped from emails.
Email & enquiry triage
Enquiries sorted, logged and answered with the right first response — so nothing sits unread over a weekend.
Customer assistants
Site chat that answers from your actual prices, availability and policies — and hands off to a human the moment it should.
Internal tooling
The spreadsheet three people fight over, turned into a small tool that can't be overwritten and doesn't live on Dave's laptop.
Workflow glue
Your booking system talking to your calendar talking to your accounts package — without a person doing the talking.
How an engagement runs
Audit week — £350. We sit with how the work actually flows and come back with a shortlist: what to automate, what it saves, what it costs. Credited against any build.
Pilot — 2–4 weeks. One process, automated end to end, running alongside the manual version so you can compare. If it doesn't earn its keep, you stop there.
Production. Monitored, logged, and maintained under a care plan. Every automated action is traceable, and anything customer-facing needs your approval until you decide it doesn't.
Straight answers about AI
It gets things wrong sometimes. That's why customer-facing output goes through your approval, why every action is logged, and why we design the system so a mistake is an inconvenience, not a disaster.
And not everything should be automated. If the honest answer is "hire an admin assistant" or "fix the process first", that's the answer you'll get in the audit.
Your data stays in your accounts. Nothing is used to train anyone's models.
What's the task you dread every week?
Describe it in a sentence. We'll tell you whether a system should be doing it, and what that would cost.
