WORK

Every project here has a number attached.

Client names are withheld at their request — small businesses don't always want their suppliers broadcast. The numbers, timelines and approaches are real, and we're happy to make direct introductions to references on a call.

GALLERY — PENZANCE · WEB DEVELOPMENT + HOSTING

6.2s → 0.8s

PAGE LOAD, CATALOGUE PAGES · 5 WEEKS · £4,100

The problem. A gallery with a beautiful physical space and a website taking six seconds to show a painting. The catalogue lived in a page builder; every update needed the original freelancer, who had moved on.

What we did. Rebuilt the site with a proper image pipeline — responsive sizes, modern formats, lazy loading — and a CMS the gallery staff edit themselves. Migrated hosting to our managed plan.

The result. Load time down from 6.2s to 0.8s, bounce rate halved, and roughly £600 a year saved in "small change" invoices because they update the catalogue in-house now.

DRAG THE HANDLE — BEFORE / AFTER (ARROW KEYS WORK TOO)

ACCOUNTANCY — TRURO · REBUILD + MARKETING

+0% enquiries

IN 6 MONTHS · £3,800 BUILD + £450/MO

The problem. A well-regarded practice invisible in local search — page three for "accountant Truro" — and a previous agency reporting impressions whilst enquiries stayed flat.

What we did. Rebuilt the site around the services people actually search for, fixed the technical SEO, set up call and form tracking, and wrote one honest page a month answering real client questions.

The result. Page one for 14 local terms, enquiries up 64% in six months, and — because tracking is wired to source — they know which page each new client came from.

ROOFING — CORNWALL · AI & AUTOMATION

9 hrs/week

ADMIN REMOVED · PILOT 3 WEEKS · £6,200 + CARE PLAN

The problem. Every quote written by hand in Word — about 40 minutes each, usually evenings and Sundays. Slow quotes were losing jobs to whoever replied first.

What we did. A quoting system on their website: customers submit job details, photos and postcode; the system drafts a quote from the firm's real price list and puts it in the owner's inbox for approval. Approved quotes send, log to the CRM, and chase themselves politely after three days.

The result. Quotes out same-day instead of within a week, nine hours of admin gone, and a measurably better win rate — first to quote wins more often than cheapest to quote. See how the system flows →
