00 — WHY SPEED FIRST
Watch the same page load twice.
Every second of load time costs you visitors and search ranking. This is the difference engineering makes — simulated, but the numbers are from real audits.
01 — SERVICES
Four things, done properly.
Web development
Custom sites and web applications with performance budgets, proper accessibility, and code your next developer will thank us for. No page builders.
Hosting & infrastructure
We built it, we host it, we answer the phone when it breaks. Leave whenever you want.
Marketing & growth
SEO and analytics measured in enquiries and revenue, not impressions. Monthly reports you can actually read.
AI & automation
Systems that delete manual admin: quotes generated from enquiries, documents drafted, CRMs kept up to date. Built and running in production, not a demo.
02 — AI & AUTOMATION
The admin you do by hand? A system should be doing it.
Here's a real one, running today: a Cornwall roofing contractor was writing every quote by hand — around 40 minutes each, mostly in the evenings. Now the website takes the job details and photos, drafts the quote from their actual price list, and it's in their inbox to approve in under a minute. Nine hours a week back.
- Read the enquiry email
- Ring back for the missing details
- Look up materials pricing
- Type the quote up in Word
- Copy it into an email and the CRM
- Set a reminder to chase it up
The enquiry arrives priced, logged, drafted and scheduled for follow-up. You read it once and press approve.
ENQUIRY RECEIVED
A customer fills in the website form — job type, a few photos, postcode. Nothing new for them to learn, no app to download.

Quoting is one example. The same approach works for bookings, invoicing, document handling and customer questions. See what we automate →
03 — SELECTED WORK
Results, with numbers attached.
6.2s 0.8s
Catalogue rebuild. Page load down from 6.2 seconds to under one.
Bounce rate halved. The catalogue is now updated in-house, no developer needed.
+64% enquiries
Rebuild plus local search. Enquiries up 64% in six months.
Page one for 14 local search terms. Every enquiry tracked to its source.
9 hrs/week saved
Automated quoting from site photos and job details.
Quotes go out same-day instead of Sunday evenings. Win rate up, too.
04 — PROCESS
How a project actually runs.
Scope call
Thirty minutes on what you need and whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere sensible.
Fixed proposal
An itemised, fixed price in writing. What's included, what isn't, and what it costs to change your mind later.
Build
A staging link from the first week, updated as we go. You see progress, not surprises. Most projects run 4–6 weeks end to end.
Launch & handover
DNS, monitoring, documentation and a training session. We launch the system properly and stay available after day one.
05 — PRICING
From £299. Prices on the page.
Guide prices, not a menu — real fixed numbers, not "starting from" figures that triple once you get in touch. Simpler job? You'll pay less. Unusual one? Fixed price in writing before any work starts.

Not everything is a new website. Landing pages, fixes, speed work, small automations — plenty of what we do lands under £299. If it's a twenty-minute fix, we'll say so.
06 — QUESTIONS
The things people actually ask.
A single-page site is £299 fixed, most full sites land between £799 and £1,950, and web applications start around £4,500. The price is fixed in writing before we start, and it doesn't move unless the scope does — which is also agreed in writing.
Most projects run 4–6 weeks from kick-off to launch. The most common delay is content — if your copy and images are ready, we hit the schedule. If they're not, we'll help you get them ready, and we'll tell you how that affects the date.
Your written proposal sets out the licence to use the finished site, the access included and which services remain managed by Subnetix. Reusable code, systems and internal tools remain ours unless the proposal expressly says otherwise.
We use standard, widely supported technology and document the services we manage. Continuity, export and migration arrangements are written into the proposal so you know exactly what happens if the relationship ends.
Sometimes Wix is fine — a one-page site for a new business testing an idea, honestly, go and use it. It stops being fine when speed affects your search ranking, when you need bookings or quoting or integrations, when the monthly fees pass what proper hosting costs, or when you want to leave and discover you can't take anything with you. That's usually around the two-year mark. We're happy to tell you on a call which side of that line you're on.
No. Hosting and migration are agreed as part of the proposal. Most clients choose our managed hosting because one phone number covers everything, but hosting is a separate service with clear monthly terms and no exit fee.
07 — GET A QUOTE
Tell us what's not working.
Three fields and a sentence or two is plenty to start. We'll reply with something useful — a straight answer, a rough price, or the honest suggestion that you don't need us.
