ABOUT
Small studio. Serious engineering.
Subnetix started with infrastructure — years of running production Minecraft networks at a scale where things break at 3am and someone has to actually fix them. That background shaped everything about how we work: measure first, automate the repeatable, document the rest, and never build something you can't maintain.
Today we build websites, run hosting, and ship automation for owner-operated businesses across Cornwall, the South West and the rest of the UK. Deliberately small: you talk to the people doing the work, and the person who answers the phone has push access to your codebase.
Principles, in writing
01
Clear arrangements
Every proposal states what is licensed, what access is included and what remains managed by us. No vague promises and no surprises later.
02
Plain answers
Prices on the website. Timelines with weeks in them. And when the honest answer is "you don't need us for this" — that's the answer.
03
Boring reliability
Proven technology, monitored infrastructure, tested backups. The exciting part should be your business, not your hosting.
04
Small by design
No account managers, no handoffs, no juniors learning on your project. Fewer clients, done properly.
Where we work
Based in Truro, Cornwall. We work in person across the South West — site visits matter more than the industry admits — and remotely with clients across the UK. Same process, same response times, wherever you are.
